Centre details are copied from the public National ART & Surrogacy Registry. We do not guarantee that a centre's registration is still valid on the day you read this page. Always check the certificate and confirm with the centre and the registry. A listing is not an endorsement, and the order of centres is not a ranking.
Lawful surrogacy only
India allows only altruistic surrogacy under the Surrogacy (Regulation) Act, 2021. This site does not support or arrange commercial surrogacy, payment to a surrogate beyond her medical expenses and insurance, or surrogacy for foreign nationals.
