With a short list, it is worth meeting each Jaipur centre in person. If none suits you, registered centres in Delhi are a common next choice for families from Rajasthan.
Every centre below is registered with the National ART & Surrogacy Registry. Centres are listed alphabetically; the order is not a ranking. Data copied from the official registry on 6 November 2026.

Ask each Jaipur centre how many surrogacy cases it has handled under the current law, how it supports you with the Rajasthan Appropriate Authority, and how the surrogate's care and delivery will be arranged.
Pick three or four registered centres you can reach easily for repeated visits.
Use "View govt certificate" and check that the name and address match the centre.
Ask who will lead your treatment and how much surrogacy experience they have under the 2021 Act.
Ask for the treatment plan, consent forms and the surrogate's insurance details in writing.
